M. ANTHONY FISHER, Senior Managing Director maf@fdgassociates.com

Mr. Fisher is a Senior Partner of Fisher Brothers, one of New York City’s preeminent builders and managers of commercial properties for more than 50 years. FdG is Fisher Brothers’ principal vehicle for direct equity investments outside of the real estate and lodging sectors. Mr. Fisher has had extensive management responsibilities across all areas of Fisher Brothers’ operations. For more than a decade, Mr. Fisher has spearheaded Fisher Brothers’ investment activities, during which time Fisher Brothers has made substantial equity investments in a number of private and public companies. Prior to that time, Mr. Fisher was the general manager of all properties owned by Fisher Brothers. In addition, Mr. Fisher started and managed two very successful businesses, a cleaning services company and an interior alterations company. Mr. Fisher earned a BS in finance from Bentley College.

DAVID S. GELLMAN, Managing Director dsg@fdgassociates.com

Mr. Gellman brings to FdG over 10 years of experience in private equity investing. Prior to joining FdG, he was a Managing Director at AEA Investors, Inc., where he was responsible for successful investments in a variety of industries. In addition, he served as CEO and CFO of several of the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to his seven years with AEA and four years with another private investment group, Mr. Gellman began his business career in acquisition finance at Bankers Trust Company, where he was one of the co-founders of the New York leveraged finance group. Mr. Gellman holds a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

HOWARD L. ROMANOW, Principal hlr@fdgassociates.com

Prior to joining FdG, Mr. Romanow spent five years at McKinsey & Company in New York, where he worked with clients to resolve complex business problems and design strategies to achieve superior performance. Prior to his time with McKinsey, Mr. Romanow practiced law for two years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he was involved in structuring and negotiating corporate transactions. Mr. Romanow graduated from the dual-degree Management and Technology Program of the Wharton School and the Moore School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a JD from Harvard Law School.

DOUGLAS J. DOSSEY, Vice President djd@fdgassociates.com

Mr. Dossey brings to FdG three years of investment banking experience with Merrill Lynch & Co., where his activities were focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. At Merrill Lynch, Mr. Dossey’s responsibilities included company and industry analysis, valuation and deal structuring. Mr. Dossey holds a BS in accountancy from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to joining FdG, Mr. Eason spent three years in investment banking with Montgomery Securities (and its successor firms), where he held positions in both equity research and corportate finance. In equity research, Mr. Eason followed the lodging and lodging REIT sectors and was respsonsible for both individual company and industry analysis. In corporate finance, Mr. Eason focused on financing and mergers and acquisitions transactions primarily for restaurant and consumer companies. Mr. Eason holds an AB from Harvard University.
